LLB Hons UFH (2013)
Mutsa is the Managing Partner at CMZ Law Chambers. She obtained her LLB at the University of Fort Hare in East London South Africa in 2013. She has 8 years experience in the legal field having worked at Maseko Law Chambers and Mhaka Attorneys amongst other firms.
Mutsa is well experienced in Family Law and Commercial Law and has developed keen interest in Criminal Law. She is very vocal about women and children’s rights and offers pro deo services in some of these cases. Mutsa is well versed in research and has sharp litigation skills.

Moses Tinashe Mavhaire

Moses is a Partner at Chivandire Mavhaire and Zinto Law Chambers. He obtained his LLB degree at MSU before studying Masters of Social Science in Leadership and Governance at Nust. An avid scholar, Moses is currently a candidate of MASTER of Laws – Constitutional and Electoral laws at UZ.
He has 8 years working experience having worked at Mutumbwa Mugabe and Partners and Mhaka Attorneys.
His areas of specialisation are Conveyancing and Labour Law.

Tinashe Biggie Zinto
LLB Hons MSU (2016)
Tinashe is a Partner in the firm having graduated from the Midlands State University in 2016. He worked at Zvimba Attorneys for 6years. Tinashe is passionate and mainly inclined to Labour Law, Mining Law and Commercial Law as a whole. He also retains a profound interest in Civil and Criminal Litigation.
He is a registered Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer. He has worked before as a regional court
prosecutor at Gweru. He also harbours interests in legal and social research skills, a skill and interest that has since been deeply ingrained. He also published a number of academic papers online. Presently, Tinashe has a general practice focused on all aspects of Law, notably, advice, research and litigation.

Kennedy Madekutsikwa
LLB Hons , LLM – WCU
KENNEDY was a Public Prosecutor for the National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe for almost five years. In 2021 he was appointed as a legal coordinator and trustee for SheMatters Foundation. He holds a Master of Laws degree [LLM] (Mercantile Law) from the University of the Western Cape, 2016. His LLM mini-thesis focused on the strengths and weaknesses of the corporate governance framework in Zimbabwe.
Kennedy is a Professional Assistant at CMZ Law Chambers. His main areas of interest include corporate governance, mining law and human rights.
